Windows 10: I have been stuck on the "Downloading-0%" Windows Update page for a week while downloading...

I tried the 5-10 second hard shut down and it's still stuck on downloading I have enough drive space. What am I to do?

Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).

updates are stuck at 0% downloading in Windows 10 .

I've had the same problem for about a week with the downloading stuck at 0%. I've done absolutely nothing yet to resolve it but to my surprise earlier today my PC just suddenly prompted me to do a restart and hey presto the updates had downloaded and installed
perfectly. I suggest it might be worth just hanging on and it may eventually sort itself out like mine has.
