my hotmail account is disabled of mistyping many times and I used it for Windows 10 logon. To log in, it says my passwords are wrong. I can't reach to my hotmail. How should I do after I have been tested all the ways of changing username, localgroup administrator passwords in CMD. Nothing comes again and again.

I just want to ask on how to change my administrator username and password, because I really want to install apps and when I click it ,it always pop up to my screen that I need to enter my admin username and password but I don't know my admin username and
password.

Trying to reset the password on a computer I don't know the password on

The usual way is by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del.

You could also use the Administrator's way. It is more transparent.

1. Create a desktop shortcut for cmd.exe.
2. Right-click this shortcut, then left-click "Run as administrator".
3. Accept the challenge. You will get a black frame.
4. Type these commands and press Enter after each:
   
   net user "%UserName%" 123456
   
   (to set your own password to 123456)
   
   net user Spare abcxyz /add
   
   (to create the badly needed local spare account, with abcxyz as a password)
   
   net localgroup administrators Spare /add
   
   (to promote the spare account to admin level)

You must, of course, test the spare account and note its details on paper.
