Windows 10: I have been trying to update to Windows 10 Version 22H2 and can't.

I can not update to this version. It has not been working for a couple years now. I would like to get it working. I tried to update to Windows 11 but I get the same result. I have been searching for the answer everywhere. Nothing has worked. If I could get the ability for windows update to work for version 22H2 maybe I could eventually update to Windows 11......Please help!

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update. Your BIOS version is outdated (year 2016). Update the BIOS for your motherboard.

Note:

The Intel processor i5-6600K is not listed in the 22H2 CPU compatibility list.

Anyway, give the 22H2 setup a try.

Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎9/24/‎2023

I recently did a clean install of windows 10 pro which has been fine since 2017. The only issue is installing the feature update 22h2. It goes through the download and install but after the restart it says it failed to install and it starts all over again.

I found a similar issue titled "Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 Failed to install on ‎3/10/‎2023 0x8007001f"

I followed the steps listed in the techs response however, I was unable to rename the folders in step 2 or resolve the issue.

Can you advise please. TIA
