Windows 10: I have blue screen intermittent after install the 22h2 on my window 10

I have the update 22h2 on my window 10 recently , but always come out many time stop code and blue scree , using trouble shoot also not helping , lastly the window crashed , have to reinstall bacb the window ....

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
