    I have Bluescreen system service exception while playing games


    I run the windbg and it shows that SYMBOL_NAME: nt!ExpAcquireResourceSharedLite+6ca MODULE_NAME: nt IMAGE_NAME: ntkrnlmp.exe IMAGE_VERSION: 10.0.19041.2251 STACK_COMMAND: .cxr 0xfffff801680ba920 ; kb BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET: 6ca FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_nt!ExpAcquireResourceSharedLite OSPLATFORM_TYPE: x64 OSNAME: Windows 10 FAILURE_ID_HASH: {1accd807-e585-46cb-b8cd-10e93a0d3714} Followup: MachineOwnerSo I suppose that it maybe the drivers problem due to I run the memtestPro and nothing wrong shows. Than I run the Driver Verifier , The system gets a bluescreen after every rebo

    Bluescreen mainly when playing games

    We're unable to view and download the dump files. When video games cause bluescreens, then we have to check the game's minimum and recommended system requirements. To help us further, we'd like to know the following information:

    • What are the names of the games causing bluescreens?
    • Could you tell what antivirus program you are using?
    • Are you using a client to launch games or they are standalone?
    • Were there any changes, recent updates, and newly installed applications on your device that may have triggered this?
    • To avoid repetition, can you provide us with all the troubleshooting steps that you've done so far?
    • Have you tried playing and using Teamspeak one at a time?

    In the meantime, we recommend following the solution on this link to troubleshoot blue screen errors.

    [BLUESCREEN] System Service Exception

    When playing games, I get an error "System Service Exception" I tried to reinstall windows, drivers and nothing changed that.

    Specification of my equipment:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

    Asus GTX 560 TI

    Asus P5K SE

    Corsair 550w

    4x 2gb DDR3

    2x 250gb HDD

    Windows 10 - Installed today

    Been getting this while playing a game I used to run without having problems, sometimes the pc just freezes but when it gets a blue screen it is the system service exception one, if anyone can help
