Nokia 720 - Unable to change Spanish(Mexico) to Spanish (Spain)

Hello everyone



I am trying to get Cortana in Spanish in my Nokia 720. This mobile was bought in the US and the defaults were Spanish from Mexico and English for US as per language. AFAIK you need to set region, language and Speech in Spanish (Spain) and Spain as location
to activate Cortana, after enrolling your devices for the Previer for Developers



My issue is that when I try to change the language from Spanish(Mexico) to Spanish(Spain), the change does not get stored, and the defautls language shown is Spanish(Mexico) . Even if I delete that option in the phone, that is the one shown. As a result,
Cortana in Spanish is not available.



I can tell you that if I choose English(US) and US as my region the option for Cortana is enable and works fine.



Anyone to shed some light into my issue?

hi there ..my mum bought a laptop in spain and after upgrading from windows 8 to 10 its now all in spanish.

i have looked at all the help videos and although i have changed language to ingles it doesnt change anything..its nearly impossible to change anything as i dont speak spanis..im using word lens on my phone and it says primary input language english *not available/(

any ideas_____--

How to set a default language.

Steps to do that are listed here:

1. go to your start menu and open settings. (this should be the icon just above the power icon)

2. When settings opens, go to time and language

3. from the left hand menu select Region and Language

4. At the top your country or region will most likely display English since that is what it is set to from the reset.

5. Click on the + sign below to Add Language.

6. in the search box type Spanish

7. Spanish will display a few different types of Spanish, pick the Spanish that best fits your needs.

8. Once you click the Spanish you would like to use, you should then see Spanish listed and English.

9. Click on Spanish to highlight it , it should come up with options.

10. Now you will want to select as default.
