Windows 10: I have bought Video Adapter USB3.0 to VGA/HDMI Adapter model 5201B, but it can't run.

My Lenovo IdeaPad PC, using windows 11 home single language version, has core-i5 ram 8Gb specification.I have done a few recommended things to do for this problems:1. Update driver2. Update windows 113. VGA to USB3 adapter not working properly- no video output

The thing is, she didn't install anything. It just worked for her. Frustrating stuff. I've found another solution and will be using a different adapter- HDMI to DVI rather than USB3 to VGA. Thanks for replying.

just purchased a computer with Windows 11. I want to connect a monitor with a VGA male connection. I bought a n Insignia vga to hdmi adapter and connected it through HDMI. However, the monitor has a floating bubble that says "no vga cable”. What’s going on? How do I make this work? Thank you

If you connect straight HDMI to HDMI and it works, then there's no problem with the graphics card or port, or computer. The issue can be on the adapter, or the VGA cable, or the monitor itself. I would suggest that you try the same adapter/VGA cable with a different monitor if possible to help narrow down the issue.
