Windows 10: I have built a pc and don't know how to get Windows?

Heyyy guys, I built a gaming pc and I don't have windows yet. When I start my pc, I get a picture of the Aorus logo and it says: reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. Maybe you need my specs

My specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming

CPU: AMD Lyzeen 7 2700x

Graka: GTX 1060 6gb

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16gb

Power supply unit: Corsair RM 550X

SSD: Crucial P1 1TB m.2

I still have to buy the case.

So I don't know if I have to do a BIOS update at the mainboard because I bought it online used. I didn't get a CD with the BIOS update but you can download it online but I don't know how the PC doesn't work. So what exactly do I have to do now? Well on my SSD is still nothing on it and I want to install Windows on the SSD. Since I needed urgent help how to do it.

And I watched a video of ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers) Germany "" and from 6:35 they start the pc without Graka or hard drives but only mainboard with CPU and RAM and then the pc booted, as far as I understood, and you could see that they get a picture where you see the CPU, RAM and mainboard running. I have also tested it but I don't get a picture. I don't know if it is because of my CPU or motherboard. They used an Intel. I only get image with Graka.

Now I need help figuring out what to do next.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

Windows 10 startmenu and Cortana don´t work with mandatory profile

In this case, we strongly suggest that you create a new admin profile and disable the default profile. To do this, please follow these steps.

1.Insert the Windows 10 Release Preview Installation Disc and restart the computer (If prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.) If you do not have a disc create one from this link on another
computer:

2. Click on Repair your System.

3. Click on command prompt

4. Type the command below and press enter.

net user Administrator /active:yes

Restart the computer to login to admin account.

Note: Disable the built-in account after performing the troubleshooting using command:

net user administrator /active:no

Method 2:

Try creating new user account after enabling then admin account.

Follow the steps below:

  In search, type User Account.
  
• 
  Select manage another account.
  
• 
  Select Add a new user in this PC account.
  
• 
  Click on Add someone else to this PC and follow the onscreen instructions.
