  1. I have changed users file location via registry editor and my windows is now weird

So I followed a guide on how to change the location of %systemdrive%\users to D:\users to free up some space from my SSD, but now my Start Menu cannot find some apps, the browser has lost its history, cookies, bookmarks and etc.. and NVidia control panel is now missing

I bet there are more things that got changed that i don't know of..

I cannot use system restore as it was disabled for some reason..

Is there a way to "restore defaults" of a thing like this?

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with "AppData" folder which now exists in both locations

Vista Ultimate - 'User' Folder Location

    No tried that.

Can copy the entire folder to D; but Windows still points to C as the location. Can change personal folders location to a folder on D;, but this still leaves hidden files etc on C;. Thus meaning there are 2 Users folders. Have managed to change the Public folder location to D;, with some registry tweaks, but this doesnt seem to work for the entire folder.

    any more suggestions

    Realmware BF4 Settings Editor 0.91

We have just released a hotfix for the preview version of our BF4 Settings Editor. As said in the posts above, DICE silently released a patch for the Battlefield 4 Beta, which changed the location of the settings files, breaking BF4 Settings Editor in the process. This hotfix resolves the issue, while also including a few other fixes and improvements. Be sure to update to the latest version!

Here is the full list of changes for this version.

    Features:

    • DICE silently released a patch which changed the location of the Battlefield 4 Beta settings files. BF4 Settings Editor now looks for the settings in the new location.
    • Fixed a bug where changing the system tray icon options would not properly update the icon's visibility.
