Windows 10: I have CompuClever Ultra Office. I need help with a problem with this program. My fingers...

I have CompuClever/Ultra Office on my laptop. I cannot remember how it came to be there. It is utterly exasperating. Documents created in Word are automatically moved to Ultra Office. I was working on an document today, an important document. My fingers stumbled on a key. And now the text is pale beige with an horizontal strikethru running thru it. I cannot re - write this document from zero; it is 90 + pages in length. And has both text and images. I cannot correct, delete or reverse this. And the problem has migrated back to Word. I can't uninstall Ultra Office

I downloaded Ultra Office from the Microsoft Store.

I want to uninstall it but I can't. I contacted CompuClever Support and told them all of the ways I tried to uninstall it. I tried right click, uninstall. Nothing happened. I tried removing it from Windows settings. It would not uninstall. I tried going
into Program Files/WindowsApps but I did not have administrative privilege.

CompuClever Support contacted their developers then told me that "the error was usually something wrong with the system, and the Windows Update would fix it. Does this problem happen when you uninstall
other apps (not desktop software) which installed from the Microsoft Store?"

I have never had this happen with other Microsoft Store apps but I am concerned that this could happen again. My Windows updates are up-to-date.

How do I fix this problem?

 

How to uninstall compuclever

I am not a computer genius,but i do not know how come i got install compuclever file finder, it gave me lot trouble to find all file ,all my normal regular file icon got change to Binocular Icon, even regular notepad also got change and every time i had
to go through compuclever file viewer, since i try to solve the problem by searching and goggling many solution i could not remove , finally i found solution by trial and error

Today i removed compuclever file finder from my Laptop with window10

with few steps which are as follow

1) Right click at Microsoft logo on task bar > find Apps and feature > under the Apps and feature find compuclever Binocular icon ,

click on that icon and uninstall it and restart

after restart you will find your old icon are re instead in original

hope this help who ever were in trouble ,
