I have copied my photos from one drive to computer it will not let me view them on photos. says I need HEVC photo viewer but when I try to buy it says We couldn't get authorisation for this purchase.

I suggest you to try copying the photos by following the below steps:

• Connect the iPhone to Windows 10
  computer
• Close the prompted window
• Press Windows + E key on the keyboard (it will show the phone as drive)
• Now you can copy and paste the pictures & videos into your Windows drive.

How do I move photos from the my photo app to the pictures folder on the C drive?

  Select the photo and right click on the photo.

  Select Open Folder.

  From there you will be able to copy all the photos to C: drive
