Windows 10: I have Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 and Windows 10 - my screen is flikering

As per the above subject kindly suggest what I am suppose to do

Windows 10 is impossible to use AND I want my money back from Dell Computer Company for this Inspiron 15 laptop. This is the worst piece of junk and excuse for a computer I've ever seen. Windows 10 only compounds the PROBLEM !!!
