Windows 10: I have desktop keyboard /mouse -dell Problem

I have desktop in which occur when keyboard /mouse -dell , some time type multiple keys and hanging issue when work at chrome and visual Studio . i7-10 gen 16gb ram ,ssd 512 after window re-installed issue not solved , please tell me wht to do?

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
