Windows 10: I have disabilities that cause me to become agitated when I'm faced with predictive text.

I've gone into settings and shut everything off but it still continues and I find myself unable to type because of it. I have an HP ProBook with Win10 and I'm on a fixed income because of my disabilities. What else can I do to be rid of it?The computer is my link to the outside world, since I'm mostly homebound. I'm on a fixed income because of the disabilities so I can't afford a major "fix."

Predictive texting

In most cases, this issue with predictive text could have happened due to the application you are using. To resolve this issue, we would like to know more about the issue by asking the following questions below:

• In what application are you using predictive text?
• What is the last action taken before this issue happens?
• Have you attempted to perform any of the troubleshooting?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Typing Settings and press
  Enter.
• Turn off Autocorrect misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words.
• Restart your PC.
• Do steps 1 and 2 but this time turn on Autocorrect misspelled words
  and Highlight misspelled words.
• Restart your PC.
• Check if the issue still exists.

predictive text disables - nokia x6

rather annoyingly the predictive text function (which i always chose to use) disables from one text to the next. sometimes its on (great) and the next text its off.



any suggestions please?

Please follow the steps below and check if predictive text can be turned back on.

• Navigate to Settings > Keyboard and
• Select the desired language.
• Select the Option to turn off the “suggest text”
