Windows 10: I have disabled all of my Microsoft services via MSConfig and now I cannot access my laptop...

Hello,as the title says I can no longer access my laptop, I have tried to access troubleshoot but every time it requires a password of an account that doesn't accept my password. I cannot reset my PC because it contains some important info that I have forgotten and I wanna make sure they are there. I have been trying to find a password cracker but all of them are either detected as viruses from my windows defender or they require the paid version. I got a desktop PC that I m currently using and it doesn't have the info that I want. I tried to reset the password but it says that it needs a US

Msconfig services disabled

I accidentally disabled all msconfig services,all appears are the internet icon wich is not connected to the internet,ease of access and power icon. I cant log in to the window that is already been disabled please help me on how to enable all the msconfig
services that i accidentally disabled.
