Windows 10: I have entered my correct pin like I have always done so why wont windows 10 let me in?

I have been getting a message that says "You have entered an incorrect pin too many times. To try again restart your device." I have entered the correct pin that I have always used and it has never had any issue before this, so why am I getting this message now and how do I resolve it so that I can log on to my laptop?Please help me to fix this. I need to get important documents off of my laptop asap so any help with this is greatly appreciated.May you have a blessed day

Can't enter PIN for Headset

I'm grateful for your replies. I obviously haven't done a good job of explaining. Here are snips of the windows involved. I have done all the steps suggested, but I can't directly enter the PIN in the larger window. That seems to be my only problem. Plantronics hasn't answered yet, but I'll hope they come through.

• Which build and version of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
• Have you tried resetting your PIN?
• Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?
