Windows 10: I have Error code 0x80090027

Please help, Microsoft support live chat is no help at all. Why is the wait time so long, and not just that unreliable? I have no idea if anyone will ever be there to help, I just have to rely on luck if I get a representative... Anyway, I come to the community for a plea for help. Code 0x80090027

I have been trying to make an in app (Hidden Cities) purchase. I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again later. 0x80090027. The disk is full."

I first got the error after a recent Windows update.

The disk is not full.

I have tried the Windows Store reset - no change.

I searched for solutions and have found nothing.

Please advise.

 

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
