I get this error code (0xC0AA0301) coming up when I try to burn a cd. Can someone help to eliminate this error?

I am getting error code 0xC0AA0301 when I try to burn a CD. I've tried several brands of blank CDs, all of which have worked in the past. Anyone know what the code means and/or what the problem might be? Thanks - Dave

I am using LG dvd writer for almost 4 years without any problem.

After I updated to windows 10 from windows 7, I can't burn any dvd anymore, error code 0xC0AA0301 appeared.

My DVD writer model is GH24NS70, I updated the newest firmware, which was 2013. But still, the problem is still there.

I tried googled but no solution found. LG website has no support for windows 10.

Please help if anyone knows the solution.

The dvd writer is working fine on reading, I can play dvd with no problem.

But it can't burn any dvd.
