Windows 10: I have experience error that is not familiar to me, What can I do?

I left my laptop for a second and when to the bathroom, then it shows some error when I came back that I'm not familiar with. I'm asking for your assistance to determine this problem and best solution you can offer Thank you so much

Shared Experiences

Hi,

Shared Experiences allow you to start a task on one device and finish it on another, or easily set up a remote control or other companion apps on a smartphone. If you don’t want to use the feature, we suggest that you disable it. Kindly follow these steps
below:

• Click
  Start.
• Select
  Settings.
• Click
  System.
• Select the Shared experiences link on the left-hand side. Here you will see a switch that lets you toggle the Share across devices feature to the On or Off position.
• Enable it then restart your computer.
• Go again to Shared Experiences in Settings app, and disable it completely.

If you're a dolt, what does that make me *Eek!

I did as you just suggested. The Page Fault is gone but the familiar errors are back. I assume the next step is to increase those settings a bit. The first three should be 8-8-8 then I guess. But what about the fourth value?

 

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
