Hello my name is halie williams I have factory reset my laptop three times and it keeps freezing up and going to a black screen what can I do? and what actions I need to do?

Computer keeps turning off after I factory reset it.

I was wondering what the problem was that caused you to reset it to factory settings in the first place?

 

Factory reset screen going black

I forgot the password to my computer and so I’ve been trying to factory reset it from the login screen but when I go to troubleshoot, resent this pc, remove everything the screen just turns black and nothing happens and it doesn’t factory reset and dosent let me click all drives, fully clean the drive and the final reset button as the screen goes black before those questions what do I do
