My Fifa 14 is not playing on my Hp laptop, what would be the problem ?

upgraded to windows 10. fifa 14 aint running which ran smoothly on 8.1. i have a hp laptop amd radeon R5 graphics set 2gb. plz help...... troubleshoot method doesnt show fifa 14 on the list. can reinstalling help? also is there any difference in a windows
10 upgrade and a clean install? how to get the waste files of the ex OS out my system? reply asap.... or mail me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Does anyone have a solution.

Fifa 14 crashes as soon as I open it. It worked perfectly before and I installed Mafia 2 then fifa 14 started to crash. No error messages.

But there is crash dump created in fifa folder:

FIFAcrashDump_CL1515842_2022.08.24_06.58.42

Please help me fix it.

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

I would suggest trying to uninstall both games, then reinstall Fifa 14.

As it is quite an old game now there may be compatibility issues, also make sure you have downloaded all of the latest patches or updates available for it.
