Forgotten User Name for SportsTracker

I am in USA and I have forgotten my Sports Tracker User Name. I have called USA support call center and they are telling me since this is a beta application they do not provide support yet. They referred me to the sportstracker web site, which is no help.
It only have option for forgotten password. Who I can call or email to obtain my User Name. It is not same as My Nokia Account or OVI account.

Do you use a Microsoft Account to login to your computer? If so, you can reset it online. If not, your options locally are limited to doing things like a factory reset (so your computer is "good as new" and you can pick a new password that you want to
use).
