Windows 10: I have great internet, but it spikes randomly constantly

When I flush my dns, I get my speeds that I paid for for about a minute. Then it drops down to literally one Mbs. I wasn’t having these problems before, but they cropped up randomly one day. My internet download speed is just garbage on my pc, but in any device ran in the same room it’s good. I am using 5g. When I looked at total internet usage when I download a game, it spikes high, then it instantly drops to the floor later at the same rate. What could it be?

Windows 10 internet spikes

Tried it , in the data usage menu its says that it used 0mb in the last 30days , delivery optimization is off.

I tried tracking the process that uses network through the "Resource Monitor"

from what i have gathered random using tons of internet and causing spikes might be (svchost.exe networkservice -p) but i don't know how to fix it or shut it down.

Any suggestions?

 

Explorer constantly spiking CPU usage for Win 10

Hi. Thank you for your answer. I tried all your suggestions, but nothing helped.

Clean bot seems helped at first but no after some hours spikes came back and now spiking more often with every hour of PC working.

Same happened also without clean boot.

Any other suggestions what to try ?

Just to let you know that I worked with Win 7 before with even more programs installed than now and I did not switched off my PC for weeks and CPU usage was lower in general not to talk about any spikes in CPU, newer noticed anything like that...
