Windows 10: I have had a problem with Clipboard failing to operate. Windows 11, Dell desktop, Inspiron...

Seems to stop working during sleep. Reboot always solves. sfc /scannow does not and DISM sometimes. There are multi error logs. Set sleep to never. Still fails. Set display off to never with screen saver - problem gone. Anyway to fix this and be able to sleep? Interestingly, it was sometimes failing for the whole system, and sometimes just Word or Office2016.

Upgrade Dell Inspiron 1545 to Win 10 fails

FYI updating the BIOS to A14 did not solve the issue, the upgrade to Win 10 failed at the same point Updating 75%. So I will start again with zbook suggestions.

 

Dell Inspiron GPU Driver Problem

There is a problem with Dell's latest Intel HD graphics driver for the Inspiron 7537 - driver file Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver_8V48Y_WIN_20.19.15.4835_A07.EXE. The installation fails since the inf fie doesn't include the HD4400 GPU. A manual update via Device Manager shows the same problem. Other owners have reported the same issue on the Dell laptop forum.

Have any other Inspiron 7537 owners found a fix for this problem other than using the previous Dell driver which does work?
