Windows 10: I have historic photos that I want to turn into a 3D image/model.

I am new to using a computer to edit/enhance photos, etc. I live in Asheville, NC, and I am trying to document a historic area of the city (known as the "River Arts District") before it gets developed/renovated. I have gotten literally hundreds of photos from the local archives, and I know that I easily have enough of them to create 3D composite representations of all of the buildings-I can literally see the layout of the area in my head. And about 25% of the buildings are still standing, so I have plenty of reference points to keep the scale and perspective in check. But I am not experienced enough with this kind of thing to know what software/app would best be suited to my specific needs. I am a fast learner, but I need help crossing the threshold from the concrete world to the virtual so I can share the map in my head with my community. I would prefer something free, since I am on a tight budget (I am doing this project with my own funds and time), but I can pay for the software if it's not too expensive. I have a Lumia 920 for Verizon and the 4g service in my area is really week. I have a network extender that only works up to 3g and would like to limit the incoming speed to 3G. I have seen that you can do this for AT&T phones, can you do it on Verizon
phones?

 

I have two HDDS that I have in a pc which I want to create a RAID 1 array out of, but one is holding almost 3tbs of data that cannot be deleted. What should I do?

Hello GearHead and welcome to the forums. I have never tried anything like your project so am not familiar with what software you may need. You may look and see if Google Sketchup will do what you want. It's a free program, so may be worth a try.
