i HAVE hp 15 GAMING LAPTOP INSTALLED WITH OPTANE MEMORY. i AM UNABLE TO INSTALL THE rst after the windows update 24h2. Can you please help me?

Intel Optane(tm) Memory Pinning: Unable to Load DLL

How do you reinstall the intel optane memory software? do you also have to uninstall Install RST first before reinstalling the Intel Octane Memory software?

I just got a new laptop, hp spectre, upgraded to the intel optane memory 32 gb. I want to check that the upgrade is there, however, when I go search through system information, I find that intel optane was added, but it doesn't say how much memory. I am
absolutely NOT tech savvy and I just would like to see if this matches what I paid for. I tried going through HP and they were telling me to download another RST app and then were telling me that I needed to enable/disable it. None of that makes sense, I
just want to know what the optane memory size is in my laptop. Can anyone help?

Have RST Drivers but RST not installed

I have three RST drivers in the \Windows\system32\drivers folder on my 6-year old HP desktop but RST is not listed in the Programs and Features list of installed software. How can I find out what these belong to and whether they will give me a problem with Win10 v1903?
