Upgrade path of Windows 8.1 Single Language With Bing?

Just bought this laptop with this version of windows 8.1 and didn't got a chance to reserve for upgrade. I'm now attempting to upgrade using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool but could not figure out what version of Windows 10 to get. It says in their

Windows 8/8.1 Single Language and Windows 8 Single Language with Bing
users should select the Windows 10 Home Single Language edition and that
Windows 8.1 with Bing users select the regular
Windows 10 Home edition . But what version should I get for Windows 8.1 Single Language with Bing?

My HDD got ruined so I have to install an OS to my computer but Windows 8 Single Language is face out and there is only 8.1. Can my Windows 8 Single Language product key be compatible with Windows 8.1 Single Language?
