Downloading a new game

Hello! I'm Marc and I have a problem. I've installed Wargaming.net Game Center in order to download World of Tanks and World of Warships (I bet anyone has heard about these games), but they are not downloading. I asked on their forum and they gave me an URL about how to solve the problem. But it is about Windows Firewall, quarantined program list, network protocols and ports, but I don't know how to solve it I don't find the quarantined program list and network ports and protocols. I suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 2: Download the latest
Intel High-Definition Graphics
Driver released by manufacturer’s website and let us know the outcome.
