Windows 10: i have i problem when i try to update my windows version from 1909 to 22H2

i want to update my windows 10 to version 22H2. i got so many errors sometimes i get 0x8024000b and sometimes i get 0x80070652 and when i try to use windows media creation tool to update i get this error in the picture can anyone help me with note the troubleshoot doesn't detect any problems and i tried resetting the software distribution folder

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.

I cannot update to Windows 10, version 22H2. Error code 0xc19001e2

I have tried all kinds of things to update to Windows 10, version 22H2, always ending in error code 0x19001e2. I also tried downloading Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and running it as administrator: I get "there was a problem running preinstall.cmd scripts", before it then ends with the same error code.

I am currently running Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909, 64 bit.

I have taken these steps recommended in various places, and they do not resolve the problem:

• chkdsk /f /r
  
• CMD (as admin)
  
  • net stop wuauserv
    
  • net stop cryptSvc
    
  • net stop bits
    
  • net stop msiserver
    
  • Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    
  • Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot Catroot.old
    
  • Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    
  • net start wuauserv
    
  • net start cryptSvc
    
  • net start bits
    
  • net start msiserver
    
• CMD (as admin), then sfc /scannow
  
• CMD (as admin), then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  
• disable Bitlocker and decrypt the drive
  
• search for Dell security programs and uninstalling them
  
• updating the Dell drivers to the latest version
  
• run the Windows Install Troubleshooter
  
• reboot after doing any of the steps above and trying again.
