Discus and support I have installed Trusteer on Edge with Windows 11.     I have been using Trusteer successfully for years but my new Windows 11 PC will not allow me to protect Scotiabank sign in site and turn the grey arrow to green. Trusteer works on all other sights on Edge. I tried to use Chrome but it does not even recognize Trusteer as an extension to be installed.How do I get Trusteer to protect Scotiabank and turn the arrow green?

    IBM Trusteer - Rapport (not supported in Edge)


    If you use Rapport, which usually is a suggestion by some banks for online banking including HSBC, please note that Microsoft Edge is not supported. Comment from IBM Trusteer support below:

    Will Trusteer Rapport on work on Microsoft Edge in Windows 10?

    So when I look in Control Panel... Programs & Features, Trusteer shows up, but the icon for it in the list has a greyed-out look and a little 'x' on it. I got it to install, but as someone has pointed out above, it doesn't seem to be configured for Edge yet,
    only for IE 11, and I have no way of knowing to what extent IE 11 and Edge interact via dynamic link libraries or whatever, at the level where Trusteer operates. It seems the answer is to use IE 11 for sites you want to protect, and await further developments...

    Will Trusteer Rapport on work on Microsoft Edge in Windows 10?

    It will work on Windows 10, ie displays console but it is not yet configured for Microsoft Edge. See list of browsers here https://www.trusteer.com/support/supported-platforms
