    Based on your feedback, you are encountering a hardware error with PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74D&SUBSYS_88821043&REV_01.

    It seems like a motherboard issue, possibly a conflict between the PCI-E interface and the graphics card.

    Disabling 4C01 in Device Manager stops the error, but the graphics card won't function properly.

    You can upload your computer model for us.

    Solution:

    After deleting the peg10 4c01 device driver in Device Manager,

    Run the Intel chipset driver in administrator mode.

    Check the installation date of oem13.inf in the inf subdirectory under the Windows directory to match the date of the Intel chipset driver.

    I keep getting these errors in my Event Viewer:

    Primary Busi have issue on my drive PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1A1F&SUBSYS_50A017AA&REV_01 :Device:Function: 0x0:0x6:0x0

    Secondary Busi have issue on my drive PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1A1F&SUBSYS_50A017AA&REV_01 :Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0

    Primary Device Namei have issue on my drive PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1A1F&SUBSYS_50A017AA&REV_01 :pCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74D&SUBSYS_88821043&REV_01

    Secondary Device Name:

    I have no idea which component it is, I've verified everything is updated to latest (drivers, bios, everything)

    I ran a Windows Diagnosis and nothing came up, I physically reinstalled all my PCIE hardware.

    I am experiencing sudden unresponsiveness from time to time, where the computer suddenly freeze and nothing is responsive,

    it happens randomly, the computer is not even loaded or hot.

    Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_51ED&SUBSYS_0B041028&REV_01\3&11583659&1&A0 had a problem starting. This caused USB ports don't work at all.
