Windows 10: I have issues after downgrading my laptop from windows 11 to 10

I went back to windows 10,Icons for apps work perfectly fine, but icons like start, notification, wifi, volume, battery etc doesn't work keyboard icon worksI don't get any error codes or messages

Reinstall windows 11 or downgrade to windows 10

I have many issues with my laptop which is running Windows 11. I dont know what to do anymore and I tried some steps that can resolve the issue but its useless. I need to know if I need to re install Windows 11 or it would be best to downgrade to Windows 10?

I just reran the Media Creation Tool that I just downloaded a few minutes ago. It took less than three minutes to create the ISO file on my medium powered computer with NVMe SSD and 500 Mbps internet connection. Maybe try restarting your computer and downloading a fresh Media Creation Tool? Make sure to note where the ISO file is stored at the last step:

 

How to Downgrade Refurbished HP Laptop with Windows 11 to Windows 10?

I bought a refurbished HP laptop because I had to send my new HP laptop back for repair. The refurbished laptop has Windows 11 and I can't see that it upgraded from Windows 10 (I used Belarc Advisor). I want to downgrade it to Windows 10.

I went to HP which has the refurbished laptop listed as Windows 10. It doesn't even allow me to choose Windows 11 as its OS.

My question is that if I wipe the hard drive and install Windows 10, do I use the Windows key from Windows 11 or should I do something else? I do have Windows 10 on my new laptop that I sent for repair.
