Hello,I have this issue when I am playing games on my computer on my RTX 3050 TI laptop gpu where my games suddenly freeze and then go black, if the game has a custom cursor it stays on and the process is still there but after the black screen it makes the process transparent as in I can see any application/my wallpaper and my fans speed up to an extremely high volume. After that I cannot start up any games as they just go white and then I get a blue screen. I've had this issue for months and I don't know what to do to stop it. This issue could occur if the your playing a game at a different resolution than the desktop resolution.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode from Manufacturer's website, if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
