Windows 10: I have just had to return a GlaxyS20 and now a Galaxy S21 since January 2024

Hi AnyoneI am a 79 yo UK Geri. In December I sadly changed my Nokia 830 for the S20. The S20 would not send MMS. I tried for two months to get help from Vodafone. No luck. I then exchanged it for an S21. Same problem and have just asked for a refund on the S21.Been with MS for so many years and I wonder if someone could answer these questions.Which phones share a link to Microsoft.Which ones send MMS as well as SMS, ie send a picture with the text.Which ones have a dual slot, one for SIM and one for SD cardWhich ones have wireless charging.Which ones can link by a USB cable to my Windows 11 Mi

Which ones can link by a USB cable to my Windows 11 Microsoft desktop

Any help will be grately appreciated

Your Nokia used a win o/s all of which have been dropped by MS

Your Galaxy mobiles can send text msgs, and use the android o/s you can also send pic msgs using many services

Most mobile phones support the MS Phone link app

I would think there would be very few, if any that connect via usb

Many mobiles support wireless charging just as many have dual slots

If you have a vodaphone contract go back to the vodaphone shop and ask them to explain the msging options on the device
