Discus and support I have just purchased Office 365 personal version and do not have a PIN or Product Key in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hi Team I have just purchased Office 365 personal version from the official Msoft website and do not have a PIN or Product Key.     I have just purchased Office 365 personal version and do not have a PIN or Product Key


    Hi Team I have just purchased Office 365 personal version from the official Msoft website and do not have a PIN or Product Key. Where will I find this. Also would not allow me to add my mobile phone number. UK +44 put my mobile in without the "0" verified not a robot and get error message "something went wrong"Thanks in advanceAiden

    For online purchases from Microsoft, product keys are not provided. To download and install Office 365 or 2016, you may login to the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

    Your request has been blocked. This could be due to several reasons.

    If you have purchased Office 365 or 2016 from a retail store (Product Key Package), then you may register the purchased product key with the Microsoft Account and then download and install Office. Refer to the following link to sign in or create a Microsoft
    account to download and install Office 365.

    I have just purchased Office 365 personal version and do not have a PIN or Product Key

    Office 365 Personal

    I entered the product key from the back of an Office 365 Personal card, and a message says they do not recognize the key. However, it does not give any instructions on what to do now. It has an alternate sign in for the Business version, but says nothing
    about the personal.
