Discus and support I have Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop with pre- installed Microsoft office home and office 2021.... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Now, I am trying to access my excel, work etc., it is asking for password or verification to suggest that it is me.     I have Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop with pre- installed Microsoft office home and office 2021....


    Now, I am trying to access my excel, work etc., it is asking for password or verification to suggest that it is me. I dont remember the password now and cant reset the password using provided microsoft link https://account.live.com/acsr. Can you please advise how I can access my duly pre- installed product? It is very painful process where Microsoft doesnt help easily with other email Id verification.

    Office 2016 H&S activation on Lenovo Ideapad after clean Windows 10 installation

    My Lenovo Ideapad laptop came with Windows 10 and Office 2016 H&S. The Office unfortunately is not getting activated with my Microsoft Account. If I reinstall Windows 10 with a clean (non-Lenovo) ISO and install Office, is there a possibility that it will work?

    I think my laptop came with the office pre-installed. I appreciate your suggestions but i prefer microsoft office. Is there any way I can reinstall them? :-(
