Windows 10: I have lost all my windows applications!

I was able to do a whole system reboot and clean up with your support.what I did not realise until a couple of weeks later was that I have no longer got all the windows appsI think that it was Windows 13 but it could have been office.can I find this again please without having to purchase again?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
