Windows 10: I have lost many emails due to having my storage full..how can I retrieve it. I need help...

I lost many emails due to my email storage being over storage limit . I've lost many emails and don't know how to retrieve it. Please help.

I was unable to sync to my email due to and old ones i have deleted have reapeared. Can i retrieve my lost numbers?

I was unable to sync to my email due to my email account, so i synced my older hot mail email on the omnia 7 and some new phone numbers disapeared and old ones i have deleted have reapeared. Can i retrieve my lost numbers? Have i lost my numbers for good?

How do I retrieve 2 emails that were sent but never arrived at their destination? They do not appear in the sent box, trash, anywhere. After I sent the first one, I was prompted for a password but couldn't supply the one they wanted. I sent another
email to the same address but the same thing happened. There are multiple receivers...many too many but I have used this list before with success.
