Windows 10: I have lost My sounds such as the one for,'Empty Recycle Bin',and others please help.

Hi everyone I have lost all My Windows Sounds such as the one that plays when emptying the recycle bin and others all My drivers are fully current and Windows 10 latest updates are installed why do things like this happen every now and then please help if You can.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.
