Windows 10: I Have Malware or virus idk what to do

hello i downloaded an app and now i have a task called popono that runs this weird program and plays ads and is very annoying. i located the files of origin to the best of my ability, im not used to this sort of thing and im not savvy when it comes to viruses. I also downloaded antivirus and malware software to fix problem but they cant find it. ill provide screen shots. i have loacted it and it wont let me delete it due to administrator issue but i am adminastrator so i dont know how to get rid of it. sorry if my grammar is awful im just reallly stressed out and need this fixed.
