Windows 10: I have messed around in files and dont know how to fix it

OK so today I have decided to mess around in my files so what I did was I tried to move files from C drive to my E drive to make space. So what I did was move some of my steam files that were in C to E but weirdly most of the steam files in C were also in E but some from C were missing in E so I copied the C steam file to my E steam file and they kind of combined and without me deleting the C steam file in C drive. Anyway so then I decided for some reason to move Desktop file to E drive I don't know why I tried this but it messed up a lot of stuff so I looked up how to fix it and went into reg

I cannot open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
Can not afford an upgrade.
My Office files are old, dont know what version.
Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
PROBLEM:
I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!

 

Windows 10, 1607: What i dont like.

Same comment here. I also have an expanded list of all "apps" in my start list. Someone suggested Classic Shell. I tried it for a while but would rather just clean up the Start provided with Windows. If there's a way to get rid of the expanded Apps list, I'd like to try it.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
