Windows 10: I have microsoft common language running everyday in task manager but cant seem to...

I need help

Task Manager not running


I have added a new task to the ones already populated which I suppose were in Win7
The new task or the present tasks are not running as there is no entry in the history or
recently run file
are there other steps necessary to get the new task manager to start up ?

 

Microsoft language component installer task runs every minute

The Microsoft Language component installer task runs to install language components on the computer. Since you are facing issues with the task running, one of the thing you can try is disabling the task to run when the system is idle. Follow the steps
mentioned below to disable the task when system is Idle:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type taskschd.msc and click on
   OK.
   
3. Now, expand Task Scheduler Library and go to
   Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller
   
4. On the right pane, double click on Installation.
   
5. Go to Triggers tab and double click on
   On idle.
   
6. Clear the check box for Enabled to disable the task. Click on
   OK(Twice).
   

You may also try disabling the task completely and check if that helps:

1. Type Command Prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on Command Prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Enter the command: schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation" /Disable
   
4. This will disable the task completely. If you wish to enable the task, just replace
   Disable with Enable from the above command.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
