Windows 10: I have missing certification and exam details missing in my microsoft learn account

My microsoft learn account is currently as shown below. However my certifications are missing. They are like the AZ-900 which I have passed. Also my exam with Peason is also missing for AZ-500. The registration id with Pearson is , My previous Microsoft Learn account even if recovered does not shown my certifications. My email id is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Could it because I changed my name from Ho-Tee Chooi Eng to Tee Chooi Eng ? Microsoft Exam Credly certification missing

Microsoft Exam Certification and Transcript is not showing up on Microsoft Learn for AZ-305

I took the AZ-305 Exam (on 14 APRIL 2023) and it's not showing a certificate or transcript in Microsoft Learn. I tried logging in under Microsoft Learn with both of my profiles (although they are linked - and shouldn't have to) and the Certification does not display.
