Windows 10: I have mistakenly deleted my BitLocker recovery keys in my Microsoft account ?

I have mistakenly deleted my BitLocker recovery keys in my Microsoft account I have not save the keys also and forgot the Hard drive ids also I need my drive without deleting the files inside
