I have money on my account. Tried to buy a game and said needs more funds? Also says something Is always wrong with their site?

Money App - Missing UK Fund Prices

Some of my UK funds on the Money app Watchlist now have a zero price whereas they used to have the correct price. I can search for the funds by symbol on MSN Money. This lists the correct fund but displays the price as zero and displays "Data not available"

It seems MSN Money is no longer listing many UK fund prices.

 

Cannot buy games from the Microsoft Store

Why can I not buy games from the Microsoft store with the funds from my account. I dont even see the option to add the money I already have there as a payment method , it only says credit card

Added funds to childs microsoft account but they are not being used

I added $10 to my daughters Microsoft account so that she could buy Roblox. I have PayPal set up as a payment method on my account.

My daughter then requested permission to buy $9.99 worth of Robux. I tried to allow this from my parent account but it said I need to add funds to her account. I assumed it was because of the tax. I added another $10 and we repeated the process of requesting
permission.

Same outcome. My parent account said I still needed to add funds, even though there are $20 in her account.

Keep going round in a loop. I assume I can't get a refund on this either. I did read that when a payment method is set up, it takes account money 1st and then uses your payment method for the difference. Obviously not it my case.
