Windows 10: I have MSUSB video usb to hdmi adapter but he doesnt work at camera?

I need help. I bought a MSUSB Video USB-HDMI Adapter and installed a file drive on it. I want to use it for my laptop to connect the laptop as a second monitor to my computer. But in the device manager it appears as MSUSB but for me it should be as a camera drive so it could connect a laptop as a monitor?

MSUSB Video USB-HDMI Adapter Driver copied from the device itself

So the driver is on the device but once installed it no longer shows as a drive. I was using it on my work windows machine. I was having trouble with it so uninstalled it and went to reinstall it but couldn't find the driver anywhere. Eventually had the idea to plug it into my Macbook where it still shows as a usb drive and copied the contents to Googledrive. So here it is. The elusive MSUSB Video USB-HDMI Adapter Driver from the device itself. For Windows, Mac and ChromeOs.

Cant connect monitor through usb-hdmi cable | msusb video has exclamation mark

Hello I am trying to connect a 2nd monitor to my asus latop through the USB-HDMI cable.

Its not being recognized by the computer and in the drivers i am seing "MSUSB VIDEO" driver with a yellow exclamation point.

how to i make the laptop recognize the usb-hdmi cable as an aditional display

I have just got a generic USB3-hdmi adapter , I have plugged it in and it is searching for a driver, which the device did not come with , Where can i down load one ? , I have no manufacturer name on the product or the packaging.Device manager recognises
it but says there is no driver
