Windows 10: I have MSUSB video usb to hdmi adapter but he doesnt work at camera

Hi ! I purchased an msusb adapter usb to hdmi to connect it to my laptop running Windows 10 in order to make it a second monitor for my desktop computer, but the adapter does not appear in the Camera section in the device manager note that the camera section is not visible at all. I now need the adapter to be visible in the Camera section of my Windows 10 laptop !!

I need help. I bought a MSUSB Video USB-HDMI Adapter and installed a file drive on it. I want to use it for my laptop to connect the laptop as a second monitor to my computer. But in the device manager it appears as MSUSB but for me it should be as a camera drive so it could connect a laptop as a monitor?

I want to use a laptop as a monitor on my computer. But I bought an MSUSB video Usb to hdmi adapter and I use a program for which that adapter must be located in the device manager as a camera. But it is located as a separate device.
