Actually, this is my office private network. i have removed old DNS Server and configure new DNS Server with new IP. But as per by IT Sec. compliance report showing my systems hit on old DNS Server on udp port 53. Kindly help How can i will remove old DNS entry for clients. I have already removed old DNS IP entry from TCP IP.

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

DNS SERVER NOT RESONDING

Hi Rita French,

This issue often occurs when the DNS settings are incorrect. I suggest you to perform the following methods to troubleshoot the issue.

Method 1:

I would recommend you to change the Preferred DNS server and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run window, type
  ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
• Right-click on the connection that you use for the local connection, and then click
  Properties.
• Click to select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click
  Properties.
• In the Internet Protocol window, let's change the Preferred DNS server to
  208.67.222.222
• Click OK twice to complete the modification.

Note: If the issue persists, please repeat the steps and change the "Preferred DNS server" to 208.67.220.220.

Method 2:

If that does not help, try to flush the DNS. Follow these steps below.

• From Start screen, type Command Prompt.
• Right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator.
• Type: ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

Note: The ipconfig /flushdns command provides you with a means to flush and reset the contents of the DNS client resolver cache. During DNS troubleshooting, if necessary, you can use this procedure to discard negative cache entries from the cache, as well
as, any other dynamically added entries.

Issue with removing old RDP entry

This is on Windows 10. We have a client who wants to pin the RDP to task bar. After they pin to the task bar, they click it and it shows the old RDP connect. I have remove the connection from the pin list but still shows when left clicking. I have found
the registry entry and deleted as well. The new connection does pin but when left clicking uses the older RDP. Any help would be greatly appreciated on removing this entry.
