    I have no access to my alternative email anymore and I don’t know how to change it...


    I have an issue with my PC. Three days ago, my PC randomly has had a Blackscreen where I can see nothing but my constantly loading cursor. I then. Realised it was a BitLocker issue. I signed up via the given link and it told me to enter the code which was sent to my alternative email, which is a gmail. Unfortunately, this email has been "deactivated"by you two years ago without my notice. IThe only logical help for me would be to change the alternative email, but even then it urges me to enter the code from my alternative email again, which, as I mentioned before, have no access to!!I urgently
