I hope I attached the file correctly... Thank you for any help you can give. >_<

When I'm playing some games the screen will freeze and colored speckles cover the screen. The game freezes and the only way I can use the cursor is if I press the windows button. Then I can click on other screen but only while the start menu is up. So I can get to the Task Manager to close the game down thankfully, but I'm not sure what to do or what's wrong. *Sad

  2. SMBServer-I have no idea what any of this means. Please help?

This question is outside the scope of this site (for consumers) and to be sure you get the best (and quickest) answer it should be asked either on Technet (for IT Pro's) or MSDN (for developers)

After I ran the DDU it said "A problem occured in one of the module, send your DDU logs to the developer." I'm not sure what this means.

  7. According to Wangard, the fix is to run DDU in Safe mode with a mention of adding DDU to AV exclusion list. It might be better to temporarily disable AV

There was a bug reportedly fixed in 15.7.0.2 - did you by chance download an earlier version?

So I tried everything you suggested and got the drivers to install. So I started up a game and almost the same thing happened. The game froze, little spaced out squares covered my screen in something like a 5 x 3 grid, and I couldn't close it. Forcing me to power down/restart the computer by pressing the power button. I posted another file in case something changed... But I don't know if it'll be any help. :/

    Did you also remove Tweakbit?

From what I can see it's gone. Does it hide? I can't find it in my list of programs.

I ask because a scheduled task has errors about Tweakbit being not there (+1 for that *Smile ), you removed Tweakbit but also the drivers installed?

They usually create a restore point prior the installation of the drivers, use the restore point and it should be fine.

Now my computer has a blue screen that says:

"*Sad Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you. (0% complete)

If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error:
    MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION"

    It's been at 0% for a while...

A MCE basically means that a hardware error has occured, though as simple as that might sound it can be various of things causing a hardware error, for example:
    • A BIOS bug or improper setting,
    • Overclocking,
    • Overheating,
    • Improper cooling,
    • Drivers,
    • motherboard manufacturer software,
    • Cabling,
    • Improper seating,
    • Defective hardware,
    • Power problem,
    • 3.3v, 5v or 12v values in the BIOS improper,
    • etc,
There are a lot of things that may cause a hardware error + hardware crashes are generally very non-informative what makes it even more difficult to find the cause(s).
